In view of amendments in Section 135/ Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 and also in the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014 notified on 22/01/2021, the MCA has released an updated set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), for better understanding and facilitating effective implementation of CSR, vide General Circular 14/2021 dt. 25/08/2021, which supersedes all previous General Circulars/ Clarifications/ Letters of the Ministry on the Subject, issued from time to time.
